Spent a lovely Xmas at this charming countryside hotel. The location was perfect, just an hour away from Bologna, yet set amidst fields and peaceful surroundings. Only three guest rooms in the whole hotel made the experience intimate and cozy. The breakfast offered a variety of Italian-European options like toast with ham and cheese, yoghurts, and croissants. The best part was that I was given the keys to the house and gate, and could come and go as I pleased without bothering the owner.

While Valentina's room was wonderfully spacious for one person, the Dylan room we stayed in was a bit tight for two people. the lack of a large, normal mirror for women was inconvenient.

A great place to stay for a business trip, with fantastic access to the main highway and just over an hour from Bologna. the guesthouse is a peaceful and intimate place, with only three guest rooms, making it a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. An Italian-European style breakfast is served, offering delicious toast with ham and cheese, yoghurts, different juices, croissants, cereals, and milk - a great start to any day!

The walls between the rooms are thin, so be prepared to hear the conversations of your neighbors. the shower in one of the rooms for two people is a little too small, which could be an issue for some.

Guests can also enjoy a self, service style breakfast, with the owner preparing coffee and tea.

The thin walls in the rooms could be improved, as conversations from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.
